Is your site secure? - Yes. Our site uses industry standard encryption when processing orders. You can check the security of our site at any point by clicking the padlock logo at the bottom left of any page on our website.

Where do you deliver?
- Most places but there are exceptions, for instance we will not deliver to Norway, Switzerland, Greece, Turkey or the USA.

Is VAT included?- Yes all of our prices are inclusive of the appropriate VAT rate. If you are buying from a VAT registered business in Europe, call us and VAT will be excluded for you.

Why don't you have all the products online you have in your shop?
- We aim to keep the most popular of the products online, and if you can't find a product online just give us a call, we can usually get it for you.

Do you have a Newsletter?
- Yes: We will provide an occasional newsletter that will have a selection of new offers, often exclusive to us, a selection of newly added web products or a brief insight into one of the Marine brands. The newsletter can be sent to you by email should you choose to receive it.

My search result doesn't show me what I expected?
- Try simplifying what you've typed in. Remember if you can't find something online that you want, please just call us, the site is still being developed. 

What payments do you accept? - Online, you can use any of the popular credit and debit cards except American Express. Or you can phone us to organise payment over the phone.
